      just edo this options -> open fiddler -> tools -> fiddler options -> HTTPS ->
      tick - Capture HTTPs Connections
      tick - Decrypt HTTPs Trafic
      click okay , it will ask for certificate install , click install the certificate and click okay

      if you have that things already ticked , make them untick click okay and do again , the procedure , then clear cache on browser!it work for me...
